Another peaceful run on Las Ramblas golf course (only short slow runs mind you) and the obligatory lunchtime bbq with a sangria or two to match the ambience.

Back to Las Ramblas golf course for Al, Greg and Matt to hit a couple of buckets of balls on the driving range.  It's very pretty, lined on both sides with massive fan palm type trees and they had fun competing with each other and trying the odd run-up or two.
